裸眼3D显示用液晶光栅的设计

摘要 裸眼3D显示技术是目前3D显示研究的一个热点.液晶光栅是裸眼3D显示器件中关键的元件,直接影响显示性能,因此,液晶光栅需要具有高精度、高电性能稳定性、高对比度和高可靠性.扭曲向列相液晶盒可以用来制作液晶光栅,但是其存在对比度低、累积误差大、可靠性低等问题.本文提出了一种新型的液晶光栅设计,可以实时加工、制作出高精度的液晶光栅,并且能够解决上述问题. Glasses-free 3D display technology is currently a hot issue in the research of 3D display. Liquid crystal grating is the key components in glasses-free 3D display device, which directly affects the display performance. Therefore, the liquid crystal grating needs to have high precision, high performance stability, high contrast and high reliability. Though twisted nematic liquid crystal cell can be used to manufacture liquid crystal grating, yet some problems exist, such as low contrast, large cumulative error, low reliability and so on. To solve the above problems, we put forward a new type of liquid crystal grating design that is featured with real-time processing and making high precision liquid crystal grating.
