基于微扰动平推流搅拌技术的氧化铝种分生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 铝酸钠溶液的晶种分解是氧化铝生产的关键工序之一,本文基于微扰动平推流搅拌技术改进了传统分解槽的机械搅拌结构,开展了工业应用实践。实践结果表明:实施改造后的分解槽生产运行稳定,不影响现有生产运行指标,分解率和产品质量等未见受影响,搅拌运行电流大幅下降,取得了较好的节能效果,为进一步减少氧化铝生产能耗奠定了基础。 The seed precipitation of sodium aluminate solution is one of the key processes in alumina production. The traditional mechanical mixing struc- ture of precipitation tank was improved based on perturbation plug flow mixing technology, and the production practice of industrial application was carried out. The practice results indicated that: the reformed precipitation tanks stably operated had no effect on existing operation indexes, precipitation rate and product quality, the mixing operation current was greatly reduced, which achieved good energy saving effect. This practice laid the foundations to further reduce the energy consumption of alumina production.
