摘要
本文利用CFD方法确定电解槽支管与汇总管道直径,管道系统不需要风量调节阀进行调整,各电解槽之间烟气流量偏差在±5%之内。将数值模拟试验结果应用于某铝厂电解槽烟管设计,并对电解槽烟气流量现场测试,之间烟气流量基本相等,各电解槽气体流量偏差范围为-6.1%~7.2%,与数值模拟试验结果吻合。现场测试结果表明数值模拟试验方法指导电解烟气净化系统管道设计可信、可靠。
By Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, the diameters of the pot branch and eoUect flue of pots are determined, and the deviation of pot fume flow is controlled within + 5% among pots without adjusting air volume by valves for the flue system. The results of numerical simulation experi- ments are applied to the flue design in a smelter, the pot fume flow among pots is basically equal and the deviation of pot fume flow among pots is from - 6.1% to 7.2% after testing on site. The testing results on site show that it is credible and reliable for numerical simulation test method to direct the duct line design of pot fume scrubbing system.
