摘要 利用有限元Ansys和多体动力学Simpack软件建立了高速轨道车辆三维刚柔耦合动力学模型,研究了车下设备采用弹性和刚性2种悬吊方式对车体振动的影响。仿真结果表明,设备采用弹性悬吊方式可以有效降低车体弹性振动,尤其是对振动能量贡献最大的一阶弯曲振动,但对刚体模态低频振动的影响不大。同时将滚动振动试验台数据和仿真数据进行对比,二者能够有效吻合,验证了理论模型的正确性。本文研究的结果为车下设备悬吊方式设计提供了理论依据,为工程应用提供参考。 The 3D rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model for a high speed railway vehicle was built using Ansys and multi-body dynamic Simpack software. The effect of elastic and rigid suspended types of underframe equipment on carbody vibration was studied. The simulation results showed that the use of elastic suspension can effectively decrease the elastic vibration of the carbody, especially the first bending vibration that contributed most to energy vibration, but the use of elastic suspensionhad less influence on the low frequency vibrations of carbody rigid modes. Through the comparison with the roller rig test results, it was known that the numerical and test results were well-matched, validating the correctness of the theoretical model. The work of this paper can provide the theoretical basis for the suspension design of underframe equipment and reference for engineering application.
