导流板对埋入式进气口进气的影响

摘要 埋入式进气口是一种新型的动力装置舱冷却进气方式,传统的流量测量方式难以应用于该型进气口,因此需要借助数值仿真手段对该型进气口的进气性能进行研究。某航空动力装置舱分别采用了2种带格栅的埋入式进气口,其不同在于是否存在内侧导流板。以该型埋入式进气口为研究对象,按1∶1的比例建立三维进气口模型,借助CFD数值仿真软件,对比了导流板对埋入式进气口进气的影响,以及两种进气口的进气规律,其结论为埋入式进气口的优化设计提供参考。 Submerged inlet is a new-type nacel e cooling inlet, and numerical simulation should be used to investigate the performance while the traditional way could not measure the lfux. alrplane engine nacel e introduced two kind of submerged inlets with grids, the difference of which was that one had guide board while the other was not. 1:1 three-dimensional model of submerged inlets were established and CFD was used for the inlfuence of guide board to lfux and lfux rule of submerged inlet. The result could provide consult for optimizing design of submerged inlet.
