摘要
建立了矿热炉炉衬传热计算的数学模型,编制了模型求解的计算程序,计算了40.5 MVA电石炉炉衬温度分布。结果表明:该模型可有效计算出炉衬的温度分布情况,为矿热炉炉衬的设计、运行和维护提供理论依据。
Established the mathematical model of heat transfer calculation for submerged arc furnace lining, programmed a solution method for model and calculated the temperature distribution for 40.5 MVA calcium carbide furnace lining. The result shows that the model can effectively calculate the temperature distribution of furnace lining and provide theoretical basis for the design, operation and maintenance of submerged arc furnace lining.
