本文结合《中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁规则》和我国1995年9月1日施行的《仲裁法》,着重阐述仲裁在解决海事民事责任纠纷的优越性和一般程序。

Based on ' The Regulations of China Maritime Arbitration Committee' and The Law of Arbitration (1995)' the paper elaberates the process and advantages in settling civil liability disputes in marine accidents by arbitration.
