摘要
新型城镇化是上一轮城市化的深化与提升,在提升中心城市城镇化质量的同时,要更加重视小城镇的发展。常州需要构建新的"四位一体"城镇体系,主要着力点是"四轮驱动"战略。
New-type urbanization is to deepen and enhance the old-type urbanization, which requires up- grading urbanization quality as well as attaching importance to the development of small towns. Changzhou needs to build a new ＂four-in-one＂ urban system with the main focus on a ＂four-wheel drive＂ strategy.
