This paper discussed the background of the ＂3 ＋ 4＂ mode （3 years of secondary education ＋ 4 years of undergraduate education） and the importance of curriculum connection, then analyzed the major problems in curriculum connection, proposed measures to be taken in implementing curriculum connection and finally demonstrated that reasonable curriculum connection is the key to guarantee the quality of talent training.
