摘要
目的:探讨石英纤维桩用于修复治疗前牙穿髓型楔状缺损的远期疗效。方法:选择穿髓型楔状缺损的患者76例,随机分为A、B两组,在行完善的根管治疗后,A组采用根管内置入石英纤维桩加强牙颈部抗折性能、复合树脂充填楔状缺损的形式对患牙进行修复治疗,B组采用常规复合树脂单独充填的形式治疗。随访观察24个月,比较两组的成功率。结果:在24个月后,A组成功率为100%,B组有3例充填体边缘密合性已破坏,8例发生齐牙颈部折断,成功率为71.05%,两组远期疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用石英纤维桩可显著增强穿髓型楔状缺损患牙的抗折性能,相比全冠可以最大限度的保留牙体组织,取得了良好的远期效果,可作为穿髓型楔状缺损较好的修复治疗方式。
Objective:To evaluate the long-term effect of quartz-fiber post applied to repair serious wedge- shaped defect with exposed dental pulp. Methods: 76 patients with wedge-shaped defect with exposed dental pulp teeth were randomly divided into two groups after root canal treatment. 38 patients in one group were restored with quartz-fiber post and Filtek 7350 XT nano resin while 38 patients in the other group restored only with Filtek 7350 XT nano resin. After 24 months observation, the survival rate of each group were followed up and analyzed by SPSS software package. Results: After 24 months, the survival rate for the quartz-fiber post group were 100% and 71.05% for the other group,8 cases of neck fracture were found in the other group. There was statistical difference between two groups in survival rate ( P〈0.01). Conclusion:the use of quartz fiber post can significantly enhance the pulp type of wedge-shaped defects of the flexural properties, compared with full crown can keep the tooth tissue maximum, and it also can achieved a good long-term effect so that can be used as a better repair treatment of pulp wedge-shaped defects.
