预防性保肝对乳腺癌化疗所致药物性肝损伤的应用价值 被引量:16

摘要 目的:通过比较化疗同时使用保肝药及未使用保肝药的乳腺癌术后患者药物性肝损伤的发生率,探讨预防性保肝治疗的有效性及其意义.方法:选取83例乳腺癌术后患者分为3组,还原型谷胱甘肽组接受还原型谷胱甘肽和化疗;异甘草酸镁组接受异甘草酸镁和化疗;对照组单纯接受化疗.结果:化疗结束后,还原型谷胱甘肽组、异甘草酸镁组和对照组药物性肝损伤发生率分别为97例次(9.3%)、85例次(14.1%)和125例次(13.6%),3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对于使用AC或T方案化疗,体力状况评分0-2分,且无肝炎病毒感染,无肝脏转移的乳腺癌患者,预防性保肝治疗可能未能获益。
