心率减速力评价冠心病及2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能的价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨心率减速力(DC)对冠心病、2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能的评估价值。方法:对62例冠心病患者(冠心病组)、58例2型糖尿病患者(2型糖尿病组)和50例健康体检者(正常对照组)进行24h动态心电图检查,计算DC和心率变异性(HRV)时域指标(包括SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50)并进行对比分析。结果:冠心病组、2型糖尿病组DC值与SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50值均明显小于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组与2型糖尿病组DC值与SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50值相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DC对于评价冠心病、2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能状态具有重要的临床价值。
