非综合征型唇腭裂病因基因的研究进展

先天性唇腭裂（Cleft lip,cleft palate,or the combination of the two,CL/P）是一种临床上发生率较高的先天缺陷性疾病。临床分为综合征型唇腭裂（syndromic cleft lip with or without palate,SCL/P）和非综合征型唇腭裂（non-symdromic cleft lip with or without palate,NSCL/P）两种。SCL/P属单基因疾病或染色体疾病,伴有其他器官的先天畸形。NSCL/P发病率较SCL/P高,约占整个CL/P的70％[1]。
