当前,黑龙江省城镇化进程中存在着城镇化量高质低且规模小、工业化水平滞后于城镇化水平、产业结构不合理、城镇规划缺乏科学性合理性等问题。黑龙江省应选择合理的策略和正确的方法,提高城镇化质量,推动工业化的产业升级,加强产业集群建设,实现县域经济跨越式发展,最终形成黑龙江省有特色的城镇化建设体系。

The process of urbanization in Heilongjiang has the problems in terms of high amount, low quality, small-scale, industrialized levels lagging behind the level of urbanization, irrational industrial structure, and lack of scientific and reasonable urban planning. Heilongjiang should choose the right strategy and method to improve the quality of urbanization, promote industrial upgrading, strengthen the construction of indus-trial clusters, and achieve leapfrog development of county economy, so as to ultimately form the unique urbanization system.
