The Establishment and Implementation of a Finanical Risk Management System of Banks

财务风险管理是现代银行必须加强的管理工作。而我国市场经济和商业银行都处于发展的早期,在银行财务管理的环境、组织、制度上存在很多的漏洞和缺陷。当前银行应该将财务风险管理体系的构建作为重要工作,以银行的经营和管理特点出发,推进金融制度的改革,完善财务管理的数据系统,开展财务管理的新服务,从而调整银行财务风险管理的组织架构,建立银行财务风险管理体系。

Modern banks must strengthen financial risk management. However, as China＇s market economy and commercial banks are still at the initial development stage, there are many loopholes and flaws in terms of environment, organization and system for the financial management of banks. They should give priority to the establishment of the financial risk management system, promote financial system re-form, complete financial data system, and offer new services for financial management. In doing so, the financial management framework could be restructured for building a financial risk management system of banks.
