摘要
随着在线旅游日益火爆,传统旅行社受到冲击。本文在分析旅行社的核心职能基础上,指出在线渠道取代了旅行社的代理销售职能,旅行社有必要加强生产职能,开发更多定制化、个性化旅游产品,以及加强线下服务职能,发展O2O模式;认为线上线下融合推动旅行社变革式的转型升级,将催生新的业态。
Traditional travel agencies have been heavenly impacted by online tourism. This paper analyzes the core functions of travel agencies. On this basis, the paper points out that while the online channel replaces the sales function of travel agents, it is necessary to strengthen the production of travel agency, develop more customized, personalized tourism products, and strengthen the offline services through the development of O2O mode. Online tourism will promote the transformation of travel agencies and lead to new formats.
