Comparing Analysis of Bill Account between China's Mainland and Hong Kong

随着我国加入世贸组织,工程造价日益与国际接轨,越来越多香港的大型工料测量师事务所来内地开展工程造价咨询工作。为了加强内地和香港在工程造价领域的合作力度,建立健全的计价体系,首先就要弄清楚内地清单计价与香港清单计价的联系与区别。本文正是基于此,展开内地清单计价与香港清单计价的对比分析,进而提出内地清单计价的改革建议。

With China’s access to the WTO, project cost is closer to international standards day by day, and a growing amount of large quantity surveying offices in Hong Kong come to China's Mainland and provide profes-sional services in the field of construction consultancy. In order to strengthen the cooperation between China's Mainland and Hong Kong on project cost and build wholesome accounting system, firstly, we should clarify the rela-tionship and differences of bill account in China's Mainland and in Hong Kong. On this basis this paper carries out a comparing analysis, and then puts forward some suggestions for the reform of bill account system in Mainland Chi-na.
