摘要
高速公路收费站大多数采用一车一杆收费的情况,会降低工作效率,造成收费口交通堵塞。针对目前这种现状,对高速公路收费站实行车辆动态连续跟车称重系统势在必行。本文采用MCU处理器电路技术,结合压力传感器组成的电桥、高精度24位A/D模数转换器等电路,以及动态称重数字滤波技术软件算法,实现了对车辆动态称重系统的采样测量及分析,得出了动、静态模拟称重方式的实验数据以及图表数据分析。该设计经高速公路收费站试运行,取得了较好的效果。
Most of the highway toll stations adopt the "per car per rod" method to charge tolls, which reduces the efficiency of work and may cause traffic congestion at the toll gate. In view of this present situation, it is imper-ative to implement the vehicle dynamic weighing system. By adopting the MCU processor circuit, and combining with the bridge pressure sensors, high precision 24 bit A/D converter circuit, as well as the dynamic weighing soft-ware digital filtering algorithm, we realize sampling measurement and analysis of vehicle dynamic weighing sys-tem, and work out the experimental data and the weighing mode chart data of dynamic and static simulation analy-sis. The pilot test in the highway toll station shows that it achieves good results, and is reliable.
