经济形势好时,企业易注重生产而忽视信息化建设的问题,金融危机爆发后,企业可充分利用这段时间进行信息化建设的筑基,以备下一波行情的厚积薄发。本文以大型制造业企业为例,详细阐述了系统的优化和研发信息化新手段的推广等方面的问题。

Enterprises pay attention to production but ignore the information construction when economy is in good situation. At the moment of financial crisis, companies can make full use of this period to lay a solid founda-tion for the informationization, preparing for economic recovery. By taking the large-scale manufacturing enter-prises as an example, this paper elaborates in detail the system optimization, R＆D, and the promotion of new means of informationization.
