摘要
为了补偿星载红外探测器焦平面的偏移,根据红外探测器的使用环境以及光学设计要求,设计了一种直线调焦机构。设计过程中充分考虑了调焦机构的各项性能指标,选用的滚珠丝杠、直线导轨及轴承等零部件都属于超精密级,因此该机构具有整体尺寸小、重量轻、刚度高、传动误差小的特点。模态分析结果显示其一阶基频为155Hz,对机构进行的误差分析及测试表明,该机构的调焦误差为0.003mm,满足使用要求。
To compensate the deviating of focal plane position for a spaceborne infrared detector,according to the using environments and optical design requirements, a kind of straight-line focusing mechanism is designed. Requirements of performance are fully considered in design processing of the focusing mechanism, high level ball screw, linear guides and bearings are employed,therefore,the detector has the characteristics of small overall size,light weight,high stiff-ness, small transmission error etc. Modal analysis show that first order frequency is 155Hz, error analysis and testing results show that error of the focusing mechanism is 0.003mm,which meet the requirements of practical applications.
