摘要
火炮反后坐装置用于提供各种火炮进行人工后坐的动力源,启动人工反后坐装置使火炮身管后坐,在后坐过程中,试验人员对复进机和输弹机的气压和液量等进行检查。为达到解脱人工反后坐装置对火炮身管的束缚并使之自由复进的目的,研究了快速回缩系统。首先由锁紧与解脱装置对施力推杆进行锁紧,然后对弹性蓄能器进行蓄能使施力推杆受拉力作用;最后在回缩牵引装置和蓄能器的共同作用下使施力推杆快速回退,并达到最快回缩速度9.2m/s。该系统具有回退速度快、操作简易及造价合理等优点。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The power source to a variety of artilleries was provided by artificial trans backseat device;the pressure and fluid volume of ramming machines and recoil machines in the course of backseat were checked on by testing personnel. In this paper, a rapid actuators system for the purpose of releasing of the gun barrel was presented. Firstly, the push rod was locked by locking and release device;secondly, the elastic energy storage device started to work to make the push rod under the action of pulling force;finally,the push rod could go back quickly in the role of common function of back traction device and the accumulator, so that the push rod can move freely and the high speed is 9.2m/s. The advantages of mechanical retraction system are high feasibility and simple operation and low cost. Preliminary results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
