摘要
对加氢裂化装置脱丁烷塔底泵在运行过程中振动值反复超标进行了分析,判断原因是热低压分离器底部热低分油出口流量以及冷低压分离器底部冷低分油出口流量的比值小,即物料反应深度的变化所致.通过控制反应深度,使热低压分离器底部出口流量与冷低压分离器底部出口流量的比值控制在0.45 ~0.53时,轴承的振动速率控制在5 mm/s左右,可使泵的振动值恢复正常,从而确保了装置安稳长周期运行.
The causes of repeated off-specification vibration of the debutanizer bottom pump of hydro- cracker were analyzed. The analysis results indicated that the vibration of pump was caused by the changes of ratio between the outlet flow of hot low-pressure oil separator bottom and outlet flow of cold low-pressure seg- regator bottom, i.e. the variation of effluent reaction depth. Effective measures were taken to control the reac- tion depth to ensure the ratio of bottom outlet flow of hot low-pressure separator to that of cold high-pressure separator within the range of 0.45 - 0.53 and the vibration of the pump at about 5 mm/s so as to restore the vibration of pump to normal design conditions and ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
