摘要 针对中国石化某分公司5.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置改造中部分离心泵的选型问题进行了实例分析,总结出了炼油装置改造设计中离心泵选型逻辑程序框图,将离心泵的选型过程分为旧泵原位利用分析;旧泵换位利旧分析和新增泵利旧分析三个步骤。通过新旧参数对比,对多台位离心泵逐一地进行分析和判断,得出将泵原位利旧或利旧改造、换位利旧或利旧改造、新增(位号)泵的利旧或利旧改造以及泵更新或新增的多种方案,随后进入与泵类似的电机选型程序。通过选型逻辑程序,对所有离心泵的选型过程进行梳理,力求避免混乱和遗漏,实现技术上合理进而最优化,实现节约成本和缩短交货周期,以满足最优化的工程设计目标。 The selection of the centrifugal pumps for a 5.0 MM TPY Atmosphere and Vacuum Distillation Unit Revamp Project is discussed and a case study is made. A logic program diagram for the selection of cen- trifugal pumps in the revamping design of refinery process units is developed, and the selection is divided into 3 steps in the program, i.e. reutilization of existing pump at the original location, reutilization of existing pump at different location and installation of new pump. Through the analysis and comparison of a number of centrifugal pumps, different revamping design of centrifugal pumps are worked out including reutilization of ex- isting pump in its original position, revamping of existing pump in different positions, reutilzation or revamping of existing pump, and change or addition of new centrifugal pump. Afterwards, the motors are selected based upon the procedures similar to those of pumps. The logic selection program is intended to streamline the selec- tion process of the centrifugal pumps, make clear the selection process, avoid confusion and negligence to make the selection program reasonable and optimal in technology, saved in costs and short in delivery od, finally meeting the requirements of optimized project design.
