摘要
基于不少原油含水、含盐量高携带的杂质会对下游工艺产生不利影响这一问题,以胜利原油为实验介质,选用了8种油溶性破乳剂及1种水溶性破乳剂在实验室进行了原油电脱盐试验,对比分析了不同破乳剂对原油适应性及破乳效果,优选出SXF21型油溶性破乳剂,在热沉降实验条件下破乳脱水效率达94.3%.通过测试原油电脱盐工艺不同操作参数下原油静态脱水效果,得出最优工艺操作参数为:操作温度为120~130℃;注水量约为原油量的4%~6%,SXF21型破乳剂添加量为15~20 mg/L.
Based on the problem that the crude oil is high in water, salinity and carry-over impurities as well as associated adverse impacts on the downstream processes, Shengli crude oil is selected as the experi- mental fluids medium and eight kinds of oil-soluble demulsifiers and one kind of water-soluble demulsifier are selected to perform laboratory crude electrical desalting tests. By comparison analysis of the adaptability to the crude oil and the demulsification performance of different demulsifiers, SXF21 type crude oil-soluble demulsi- tier is optimally selected, whose dehydration efficiency reaches 94.3 % under thermal settling test conditions. In addition, the crude static dewatering effect is tested under the different operating parameters (water injec- tion rate, demulsifier additive dosage ). The optimum operating parameters are: operating temperature of 120 - 130 ℃ , water injection of about 4 to 6% of the amount of crude oil and SXF21 demulsifier dosage of 15 - 20 mg/L.
