On the Ecological Difficulties and Countermeasures for China's Local Government in the Fulfillment of Social Management and Function in the New Period

我国地方经济在新时期的发展呈现出差距逐渐拉大的趋势,导致地方政治生态、社会结构以及社会问题的多样化并产生新的治理困境,地方政府必须进行相应的调整和发展,行使社会管理的职责。本文着眼于地方政府在行使社会管理职能时面临的生态困境,提出相应的对策和建议。

The local economy in the new era of development in our country reveals the trend of be‐ing increasingly widened ,leading to the diversity in local political ecology ,social structure as well as social problems and causing new governance dilemma .Therefore ,local government must take corre‐sponding adjustment and development ,and fully perform the duties of social management .This arti‐cle focuses on the ecological dilemma faced by the local government when exercising their social man‐agement and function ,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
