本文概括介绍了控制系统的改造原因和方案,SIEMENS PLC控制系统的组成及特点,主要论述了SIEMENS PLC自控系统新增加5B站的方法,CPU之间通过S7 connection的方式建立通讯方法,新系统的网络结构、硬件和软件的功能特点,对INUSE矩阵编程方法的说明,此编程方法特别适用于设备多、流程控制复杂的生产过程且流程操作简便等。
This paper introduces the revamping reasons and the scheme of the control system, the composition and characteristics of SIEMENS PLC control system, mainly discusses the method of SIEMENS PLC in the control system of the new increase of 5B station, the CPU by S7 connection way to build communication method, function characteristics of the new system network structure, hardware and software, programming on INUSE matrix description of the method, the programming method is especially suitable for the equipment, process control of complex production process and the process is easy to operate and so on.
