摘要
针对高校PLC实验教学中受到资金、场所等条件的限制,难以在实验室购置某些真实控制对象的问题,提出一种利用I/O板卡与PLC的半实物仿真实验平台。学生可在该仿真实验平台上进行多种PLC实验操作,并通过人机交互界面动态显示PLC控制系统的工作情况。对PLC控制三层电梯模型的仿真运行表明,该方法有效提高了PLC实验的教学效果。
Because of the limitations of objective condition such as funds and place, it is hard to fix real control objection in the laboratory for PLC experiment. For that matter, this paper designed a semi-physical simulation experimental platform that using I/ O card and PLC. Students can carry out a variety of PLC experimental operation in the simulation experiment platform, and through the work of PLC control system of the dynamic display of the man-machine interactive interface. The simulation shows that run the PLC control of three layer elevator model, this method effectively improves the PLC experiment teaching effect.
