摘要
十八大报告提出,要树立高度的文化自觉和文化自信,向着建设社会主义文化强国宏伟目标阔步前进。开放大学作为构建学习型社会的重要力量,要成为社会主义先进文化的传播者和实现文化强国梦的建设者,就要在文化自觉的视域下,在加强文化的自我认知中,科学把握开放大学校园文化建设的价值取向,在加强文化的自我反思中创新开放大学校园文化的建设理念,在加强文化的自我创建中完善开放大学校园文化建设的机制构建。
The 18th national congress of CPC claims that we must deepen our awareness of and confidence in Chinese culture, and strive to meet the grand goal of developing a strong socialist culture in China. As an important force of building learning society, open universities are required to strengthen cultural self-awareness, self-reflection, grasp the value orientation of open university campus culture construction, innovate construction concept and perfect the construction of its mechanism from the cultural consciousness of perspective to become the disseminators of advanced socialist culture and dream builders realizing the cultural power.
