发热待查疾病的诊疗策略

The Strategy of Diagnosis and Treatment for Fever of Unknown Origin Patients

发热待查(FUO)病因包罗万象,临床表现复杂多样,实验室检查特异性不强,且常常多种病因重叠。发热待查的患者也因此常常被误诊延诊,承担了较大的精神压力与经济压力。因此,分析临床病例,总结临床经验,建立一套发热待查疾病的诊疗策略对临床诊断有很好的借鉴作用。笔者认为可以从三方面入手处置发热待查患者:第一,定性分析,积极寻找病因;第二,定量分析,妥善治疗患者;第三,动态观察,必要时进行诊断性治疗。

Due to diverse causes of disease , complex clinical manifestations , fever of unknown origin （FUO ） cause encompassing ,and low laboratory specificity ,patients with fever of unknown origin is often misdiagnosed or delayed , bearing a larger spiritual and economic pressure .Therefore ,it has a good reference that we analyzed clinical cases and summarized clinical experience to establish a strategy of clinical diagnosis and treatment for FUO patients .We could dispose fever of unknown origins in patients from three aspects：first ,qualitative analysis to search for a cause;second ,quantitative analysis to treatment the patient properly ;third ,dynamic observation ,if necessary diagnostic treatment is needed .
