对比剂肾病研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 随着介入诊疗技术及现代影像学的发展,临床对比剂用量日益增多,随之而来的对比剂肾病逐渐引起临床医师关注,已成为医源性急性肾衰竭重要原因之一.由于对比剂肾病除部分患者表现为少尿性肾衰竭外,多数患者无明显临床症状,故不易早期发现.现就对比剂肾病研究进展综述如下.
