复合型工业设计人才的知识技能考核方案探究 被引量:1

Evaluation Solution on Knowledge and Skills for Educating Versatile Industrial Designers

摘要 为响应产业对复合型设计人才的需求,文章打破了传统工科对学生所需技能的理解,把知识、软性意识纳入工科类工业设计的培养评价之列,重新梳理了新的产业格局下工业设计学生的知识技能模块和培养过程中的认知、思维和实践三个层次,并以此为基础建立了一个模块化、层次化和综合性的知识技能考核体系。在传统的考试和课堂练习评价的基础上,文章提出了嵌入课题项目实践的能力考核和评价机制,并要求在设计实践的过程中的不同阶段对不同模块的硬性知识和软性技能进行综合考察。 Responding to the requirement for versatile industrial designers, this paper broke the traditional understanding of skills-only for industrial designers and invited knowledge and soft awareness into the evaluation system. It clarified required knowledge (including hard skills and soft awareness) modules for industrial design students in order to meet the demand from industry and defined a threelevel education system (cognition, thinking and practice) based on which the author built a modular, multi-level and comprehensive evaluation system and introduced a evaluation solution focused on multiple knowledge and skills applied in different stages in design project practice. Soft awareness as well as hard skills would be inspected in design practice at the same time.
