摘要
合并单元电压并列与切换功能是单母分段或双母线接线变电站中保证供电可靠性的重要手段。针对利用编程语言实现的合并单元电压并列与切换功能的灵活性差且难保证程序稳定的特点,提出了一种通过配置状态列控制二次电压并列与切换功能的方案。通过分析合并单元电压并列与切换的特点,配置逻辑状态列和接收刀闸开入量,使用逻辑判别机制判断合并单元使用的结果状态列,并通过SV9-2输出。实验证明通过配置合并单元并列与切换状态列,能够实现二次电压并列与切换功能,满足功能指标,提高了合并单元的稳定性和灵活性。
The function of voltage parallel and switch in merging unit is an important means to ensure power supply reliability of single-bus section or double-bus wiring in substation. In view of the low flexibility and difficulty to guarantee stable programming of the merging unit voltage parallel and switch function implemented by means of the programming language, this paper proposes a control scheme in which status column is con- figured to control secondary voltage parallel and switch function. The characteristics of the merging unit volt- age parallel and switch are analyzed for configuring logic status column and receiving knife switch input. Logic discriminating mechanism is applied to judge the result state column used by merging unit, which is exported through the SV9-2. Experiment proves that configuring merging unit parallel and switch state column can realize the secondary voltage parallel and switch function, meet the functional index, and improve the stability and flexibility of the merging unit.
