摘要
高中生综合素质评价是当前我国高考制度改革的重点和难点之一。本文建议将高中生综合素质作为一门"课程",分为德行品质、公益集体活动、健康与运动、艺术素养、创新实践与知识技能拓展等五个方面,并分别赋予一定的分值,以满分50分计入高考总成绩中。为了保障综合素质评价的有效实施,建议成立专门的综合素质评价小组,以组织和监督综合素质的教育教学与评价工作。该方案将全体学生的全面发展作为首要原则,同时注重综合素质发展的过程性、适度性与均衡性原则。虽然高中生综合素质评价实施复杂,但为了学生的发展,应当通过实践逐步使之完善。
One of the difficulties in college entrance exam system in our country lies in the evaluation of the comprehensive qualities of high school students. This thesis proposes a course for comprehensive qualities in five aspects: moral quality, public welfare activities, health and sports, art quality, creative practice and competence development. Each of the aspects accounts for 10 points and all will be included in the final exam score. To ensure the effective implementation, it is suggested that a special group be formed to organize and supervise the teaching and evaluation. This move follows the principle of comprehensive development of all students as well as the formative, appropriate and balanced principle. It is believed that the evaluation system should be gradually perfected for the development of students even though it is complex to carry out.
