敦煌至红柳河铁路建设方案的研究

Study on Programs of Dunhuang-Hongliuhe Railway Construction

敦煌至红柳河铁路沿线地区综合交通运输体系缺乏畅通的大能力交通运输设施,已经成为制约沿线矿产资源开发的影响因素。从利用既有铁路分流和利用其他运输方式方面分析敦煌—红柳河铁路建设的替代方案,不具备替代性。在此基础上,从促进沿线矿产资源开发、带动敦煌市经济发展、发挥铁路运输节能环保优势、拓展区域路网辐射范围、实现与既有铁路共线运行等方面,提出敦煌—红柳河铁路建设将对满足沿线矿产资源开发和大宗物资运输提供重要保障。

The comprehensive traffic system along Dunhuang-Hongliuhe railway area lacks of smooth large-capacity traffic facilities, this problem has became an influence factor of restricting development of mineral resources along the line. From the aspects of utilizing diverted existing railway and utilizing other transport modes, this paper analyzes the alternative program of DunhuangHongliuhe railway construction, and points out the program have no alternative role. Based on above, from the aspects such as promoting development of mineral resources along the line, stimulating economic development of Dunhuang city, exerting advantages of railway transportation like energysaving and environmental protection, extending stretch scope of regional railway network and realizing mixed operation with existing line, the paper also puts forward that Dunhuang-Hongliuhe railway construction provides important guarantee for satisfying the development of mineral resources along the line and the bulk goods transportation.
