摘要
文章以顾客满意度法分析了JN市质检所检验质量上存在问题的项目,并针对其中满意度最低、影响最大的因素进行分析。运用因果图罗列影响检验质量的原因,并选取主要几点进行分析。
This article analyses the projects with quality problems inspected in Jinan Quality Supervision and Test Institution by customer satisfaction survey and the factors with least satisfaction and most influential level. It also lists the reasons affecting inspection quality by cause-and-effect diagram and analyses a few main points.
