摘要
目的:探讨研发医用氧气袋加压装置的应用效果。方法:使用普通氧气袋及加压装置氧气袋两种方法对抢救室患者各70例,分为普通氧气袋组及加压氧气袋组两组,并观察其两种方法的使用时间、患者感觉及脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)是否下降至95%以下。结果:普通氧气袋组的使用时间为(5.560±1.725)min,患者感受为(4.970±1.307)分,SPO2下降16例;加压装置氧气袋组的使用时间为(18.040±2.446)min,患者感受为(7.670±1.282)分,SPO2下降6例,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用加压装置的医用氧气袋可以有效充分的利用氧气,提高了氧气袋内氧气的利用率,保证患者在输氧的中后期吸入充足的氧流量,可广泛应用于急救、转运及家用,具有临床实际应用意义。
Objective To study the development and application effect of pressure device for medical oxygen bag. Methods 70 people of intensive care patients were cured by using normal oxygen bag and oxygen bag with pressure device, and the using time, the patients＇ feeling and SpO2 were studied. Results The use time of normal oxygen bag group was 5.56 ＋/-1.725 min, patients＇ feeling was 4.97 ＋/-1.307 points, 16 people＇s SpO2 declined; The use time of oxygen bag with pressure device group was 18.04 ＋ / -2.446 rain, patients＇ feeling was 7.67 ＋/-1.282 points, 6 people＇s SpO2 declined. The results showed statistical significance with P values 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of pressure device for medical oxygen bag can effectively improve the utilization rate of the oxygen inside the bag and ensure that patients use enough oxygen inhalation which is useful in emergency care.
