磺达肝癸钠抗凝治疗肺栓塞有效性及安全性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较磺达肝癸钠与低分子肝素在治疗肺栓塞中的有效性及安全性。方法选取本院确诊的68例肺栓塞患者,随机分为磺达肝癸钠组(n=35)及低分子肝素组(n=33),比较两组治疗的有效率,不良反应发生率及平均住院时间、平均住院费用。结果两组患者治疗后有效率比较差异无显著性(χ2=1.223,P<0.05),不良反应发生率磺达肝癸钠组低于低分子肝素组(χ2=4.483,P<0.05)。磺达肝癸钠组平均住院时间及平均住院费用低于低分子肝素组(t=2.658,P<0.05 vs t=2.653,P<0.05)。结论磺达肝癸钠治疗肺栓塞有效性及安全性好,可减少患者住院时间及住院费用,具有较好的临床应用价值。
