经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量:22

摘要 目的观察经皮椎间孔镜技术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PTED)治疗经腰椎间盘突出症患者的近期疗效。方法选择于本院确诊的单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者82例,做经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除手术,采用视觉模拟(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分法和改良Mac Nab疗效评定标准评价其手术效果。结果术后1周及术后1、3个月的VAS评分分别为(2.45±0.68)及(1.37±0.52)、(1.21±0.69),均显著低于术前的(8.18±0.79),差异具有显著性(P均<0.05)。根据改良Mac Nab疗效评定:优68例;良7例;可5例,差2例。术后复发4例,做二次开放后路显微内镜椎间盘手术治疗;3例患者术后一过性下肢疼痛,经积极治疗均获得满意恢复。结论椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症创伤小,并发症少,近期疗效可靠。
