摘要
旅游业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,对地方经济带动作用日益显著。加快旅游业的改革与转型发展,是适应新型城镇化发展和产业结构调整的必然要求。本文以周庄、锦溪、千灯三大中国历史文化名镇为例,通过实地调研,分析三镇旅游商品的类型、生产、销售、管理及空间分布等方面的历史变迁及其特征。进而深入探讨影响古镇型旅游地旅游商品开发的因素和驱动机制,并构建旅游商品发展的四维模型。最后,从旅游商品的文化再现、社会参与、生产组织、环境改善、科技支撑等方面提出古镇型旅游地旅游商品的提升对策。
Tourism industry plays an integral part in modern service industry, and brings increasingly signifi- cant boost for the local economy. In order to adapt to the new-type urbanization development and industry re- structure, it is inevitable to accelerate the revolution and transition of tourism industry. This article takes three ancient towns in China -- ZhouZhuang.JinXi.QianDeng as examples, through field research, this article analyzes the types, production, sales, management and locations of these three ancient towns, involving historical changes and their characteristics. Hence, the article explores in-depth the factors and driving mechanism that influence the exploitation of tourism commodities in terms of ancient-town-type tourism destinations, and builds four-dimensional framework for tourism commodity development. At last, the article proposes strategies for the improvement of tourism commodities from cultural reproduction, society involvement, produce organizations, envi- ronmental improvement, technology support, etc.
