第三方物流主导供应链金融的运作模式架构

Model Establishment Of Supply Chain Finance Dominated By Third-Party Logistics Enterprises

第三方物流企业主导供应链金融具有较强的物流、信息流、资金流整合优势和风险控制优势,能实现各参与主体的协作共赢。鉴于银行业尚未放开,我国的供应链金融实践多由金融机构主导,第三方物流企业无法自主开展供应链金融服务。借鉴UPS的实践经验,针对当前环境,构建本土第三方物流供应链金融的两种运作模式。第三方物流企业需增强自主性,强化物流优势与业务创新,主动依托商业银行主导开展非自有资金模式的第三方物流供应链金融服务。同时,积极为组建自己的金融机构做准备,加强实践探索和网络平台建设,以在不远的将来有效开展自有资金模式的第三方物流供应链金融服务。

The advantages in integrating logistics, information flow and cash flow and managing risk of the third-party logistics enterprises which dominate supply-chain financial service, can be realized as the collabora- tion and win-win to all participants. Due to currently strict separated operation being implemented in China＇s banking industry, third-party logistics enterprises can＇t independently carry out supply-chain financial service. The supply chain financial business in our country is generally initiated by financial institution. Learning from the practical experience of UPS, this paper builds two native operation models of supply chain finance dominated by third-party logistics enterprises in current environment. Third party logistics enterprises must enhance their autonomy, promote their logistics advantage, strengthen their business innovation and actively dominate their non-equity capital mode of supply-chain finance relying on commercial banks. At the same time they should be preparing to build their own financial institutions and strengthening their practical exploration and network plat- form construction, aiming to effectively carry out their own funds mode of third party logistics supply-chain fi- nance in the near future.
