消落带生态补偿标准研究探讨

Research and Discussion on the Standard of Ecological Compensation in Hydro-fluctuation Belt

通过文献调查消落带生态环境现状及存在的生态环境问题,分析了生态补偿的必要性。总结了前人在流域、湿地等生态补偿标准所做的研究以及生态补偿标准的主要计量方法,提出了对消落带的生态补偿标准研究适用的计量方法,并对未来消落带生态补偿标准的研究进行了展望。

At present ,the standard of ecological compensation has been studied from the aspects of river basin, water resources and land resources, etc. Some achievements have been obtained at home and abroad. But the study on the standard of ecological compensation in hydro-fluctuation belt is rarely seen. Through the research of status quo of ecological environment in hydro-fluctuation belt and the existing problems in ecological environment based on previous literatures, the article proposes the necessity of ecological compensation. In addition, through the summary of the researches of ecological compensation standard in river basin and wetland as well as the measurement method, the article proposes the measurement method for exploring the standard of ecological compensation in hydro-fluctuation belt and forecasts the future of the research.
