First Exploration of Ecological Water Conservancy Engineering in Middle Reach of Tuojiang River Valley

分析了水利工程影响河流生态系统的保护问题,指出了对于沱江流经的内江市而言,拥有良好生态水利工程将会带来整个环境持续性稳步发展。探讨了从流域的历史进程引入水利工程学与生态学相融合形成生态水利工程,目的是改进和完善水利工程的规划设计方法,完善沱江流域的水域环境。

This article briefly analyzes that the water conservancy project is the pressing problems to the river ＇s ecosystem. As Tuojiang River flows through the Neijiang city,a good ecological water conservancy engi-neering in Neijiang will bring a sustained stable development to the whole environment. Therefore, bringing the hydraulic engineering and ecology into the historical process of the basin to form the ecological water conservancy engineering becomes a main trend. The purpose of that is to improve and perfect the methods of planning and design of water conservancy project. At the same time,it will improve the water environment of Tuojiang River valley.
