Such a season witnessed the official launch of Minzu Hotel Second Anhui Food Festival on May 15. Wu Hongwu, researcher and member of the Central Cultural Committee of China Zhi Gong Party, inscribed "mei wei hui zhi bu qu" (Chinese characters meaning delicious taste lingers in Anhui) for this Food Festival. Wu Hongfu, Deputy General Manager of Minzu Hotel, Ding ChangqinG Chairman of Beijing Chizhou Chamber of Commerce, and Wu Hongwu launched the Food Festival together.
