摘要 学术期刊传播各种专业文化,是学术成果交流的重要平台。研究发现,市场上出现众多参差不齐的期刊,一些学者只追求数量而不求质量。期刊市场不再是原来的追求学术成果的市场。学术期刊的质量直接影响学术界的整体水平。而编辑是一种工作,也是一种职业,他是提高学术期刊质量的根本职业。学术期刊和编辑更成为学术界的关注点。追求学术成果是编辑职业的核心,这一中心直接影响期刊的发展。当然,与专家学者的交流沟通是必不可少的。学术期刊覆盖面广,编辑需要在多个领域中游走。有着学术观、话语观、理想信念等职业要求是编辑所必须做到的。基于此,学术期刊编辑应有勇攀高峰的理想信念和浓厚的职业兴趣,多参与学术圈内的学术活动,利用新兴传媒提升学术期刊的影响力。 Academic periodical spreads various professional cultures and is an important platform foracademic exchange. The study finds out many journals, good and bad, appear on the market, some scholarsonly pursue the quantity but not the quality of thesis. Periodical market is no longer the pursuit of the originalacademic achievements. The quality of academic journals directly affects the whole academia. Editing is akind of work and also a kind of profession, who is the fundamental to improve the quality of academic journals.Academic journals and editors become more academic focus. What on earth the professional characteristicsand requirements the academic journal editors should have is the topic of the study of many scholars. Pursuitof the academic achievements is the core of editor profession and the core directly influences the developmentof journals. Of course, communication with experts and scholars is indispensable. Coverage of academicperiodicals is very broad and editors need to deal with multiple fields. Academic view, language view, andideal faith are the professional requirement. Based on these views, the academic journal editors should havethe ideal faith of stepping up to new peak and strong professional interest, participate in academic activitieswithin the academic circle, and use emerging media to increase the impact of academic journals.
