基层女性领导干部成长障碍因素调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Obstacle Factors Influencing the Growth of Grassroots Female Leadership

随着社会的进步,我国女性的社会地位有了极大提高,女性参政的情况也屡见不鲜。但由于受传统性别观念的束缚较深,基层女性的从政道路依然坎坷,基层政府组织中女性领导干部的发展受到诸多制约。该文对基层女性领导干部的发展状况进行调查分析,认为制约基层女性领导干部发展的因素主要有传统观念、家庭因素、自身因素和组织制度等,并针对这些制约因素提出对策建议。

With the development of the society, female social status has greatly improved, and women＇s participation in politics is also very common. But due to the shackles of deep-rooted traditional gender notion, grassroots female entering politics is still difficult, the growth of grassroots female leadership is restricted by many factors. This paper investigated and analyzed the development status of grassroots female leadership. The results showed that traditional concept, family factors, personal factors and organizational system were the obstacle factors influencing the growth of grassroots female leadership. Based on the analysis, this paper put forward the countermeasures.
