摘要
文章将网上渠道的配送服务引入双渠道策略优化问题,构建了考虑配送服务的双渠道策略优化基本模型以及考虑单一线性额外成本和分段线性额外成本的双渠道策略优化扩展模型。通过对所提模型进行深入分析,给出了考虑配送服务时企业仅采用网上渠道、仅采用网下渠道和采用双渠道的最优条件、定价策略和最优配送时间的设置规律。
Taking the online shipping service into account, a basic model to optimize retailer's dual-channel strategy is proposed. Then the basic model is extended to consider the situation when retailers have simple- linear and piecewise-linear extra costs. The theoretical analysis based on the proposed model reveals the opti- mal conditions for retailers to adopt online-channel strategy, offline-channel strategy and dual-channel strate- gy. The optimal channel pricing method and shipping time scheduling method associated with retailers' chan- nel strategies considering the shipping service are also proposed.
