桂枝茯苓丸加味联合穴位注射治疗前列腺增生症50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Decoction of Guizhi Fuling Wan(桂枝茯苓丸) Combined with Acupoint Injection on 50 Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸加味汤剂联合喜炎平注射液穴位注射治疗中老年前列腺增生症(BPH)浊瘀阻塞型临床疗效。方法将100例BPH患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组给予桂枝茯苓丸加味汤剂口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液穴位注射治疗。15天为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程,疗程结束后观察两组患者临床疗效、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积及最大尿流率(Qmax)。结果治疗组50例,显效34例(68.00%),有效12例(24.00%),无效4例(8.00%),总有效率为92.00%;对照组50例,显效22例(44.00%),有效10例(20.00%),无效18例(36.00%),总有效率为64.00%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗后IPSS评分及前列腺体积与治疗前比较明显降低、Qmax明显提高(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后IPSS评分及前列腺体积明显低于对照组、Qmax明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸加味汤剂联合喜炎平注射液穴位注射治疗BPH,能够显著改善临床症状、缩小前列腺体积、增加尿流率。

Objective To examine the clinical efficacy of modified decoction of Guizhi Fuling Wan （MDGFW） combined with Xiyanping acupoint injection on quinquagenarian benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） of turbidity stasis blocking syndrome. Methods Totally 100 BPH patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given MDGFW orally, and the treatment group was added with acupoint injection of Xiyanping. The two groups wen＇ treating for four courses and 15 days was a course. The clinical efficacy, the international prostate symptom score （II^SS） , prostate volume and the maximum flow rate （Qmax） were observed after all treatments. Results Among the, 50 eases of the treatment group, 34 eases were markedly im- proved （68%）, 12 cases effective （24%） and 4 eases ineffective （8%）. The total effective rate was 92.00%. While in the 50 eases of the control group, 22 cases wen＂ markedly improved （44%）, 10 cases effective （20%）, 18 cases ineffective （36%） with a total effective rate 64%. The total effective rates showed significant different （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the efficacy in treatment group was supeior to that in the control group. Compared with pre-treatment, the IPSS grades and prostate volume were significantly decreased and Qmax was markedly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the treatment group. There were no significant differences of the three indexes after treatment in the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The three indexes were all significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion MDGFW combined with Xiyanping acupoint injection could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shrink the prostate volume and quicken the urinary flow rate in BPH patients.
