Design and Effect Analysis of Health Research Management Information System in Shanghai Zhabei District

目的设计上海市闸北区卫生科研管理信息系统,并对该信息系统应用后的效果进行分析。方法通过问卷调查和深入访谈定性、定量相结合的方法,进行需求分析并调查分析上海市闸北区使用系统前及使用后的科研管理模式、管理效率、经济效益等的变化。结果信息系统涵盖了科研通知发布、科研项目申报评审、科研项目管理、科研成果管理、统计检索等功能。系统使用后,优化了区卫生系统的科研管理工作流程、提高了管理质量和管理效率、提升了领导管理决策效率,具有一定的经济效益。结论系统的使用有利于科研管理工作更好的开展,可以进一步促进科研项目、成果等科学化规范化管理。

Objective To design the health scientific research management information system of Shanghai Zhabei District and analyze the effect of application of the system.MethodsQuantitative and qualitative studies were carried out to survey the demand analysis and changes of scientific management mode, management efficiency, economic benefit before and after the application of system.Results Information system covers research notice publication, scientific research project application function evaluation, scientific research project management, scientific research management, statistical retrieval etc. The application of the system optimized the workflow, improved the management quality and efficiency, and enhanced the efficiency of management decision, which had some economic efficiency.Conclusions The use of the system is conducive to better carrying out the work of scientific research management, and can further promote the scientific and standardized management of research projects and achievements.
