摘要
基于高压氢环境箱、置换及供气系统、加载系统和总控系统4大模块,提出试验装置的总体技术方案,并通过对加载杆轴向力平衡、高压氢环境载荷测量和高压H2密封等关键技术的研究,研制高压H2环境材料耐久性试验装置。该装置可进行超高压(140 MPa)H2环境下材料的慢应变速率拉伸试验、低周疲劳试验和疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试试验,可为高压氢系统产品的材料选择、寿命预测以及材料高压氢脆机理研究提供重要试验手段。
An apparatus for hydrogen embrittlement testing under high-pressure gaseous hydrogen has been developed in P.R.China based on the studies on design of high-pressure hydrogen container, axial force self-balance method for the load rod, load measurement in high-pressure hydrogen, sealing in high-pressure hydrogen and systems for the refueling of hydrogen, and gas leak detection and monitoring. Slow strain rate tensile test, fatigue test, fracture toughness test, and fatigue crack growth test can be conducted under ultrahigh-pressure (140 MPa)gaseous hydrogen. The developed equipment is useful for materials selection, life prediction, and investigation on mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement.
