摘要
以气相二氧化硅和聚酰胺蜡作为触变剂,制备硅基太阳电池正面银浆,探讨两种不同触变剂对银浆的触变指数、电极栅线纵横比以及电阻率等性能的影响。结果表明:随触变剂含量的增加,银浆的触变指数先增后减,添加0.5%气相二氧化硅能提高正面电极的纵横比,但同时电极电阻率也增大;添加0.2%聚酰胺蜡不仅能有效提高电极的纵横比,同时减小了电极电阻率,其效果明显优于气相二氧化硅。
Front silver paste of silicon solar cells was prepared agents. Influence of two different thixotropic agents on properties by using fumed silica and polyamide wax as thixotropic which included the thixotropic index of silver paste, the aspect ratio of finger lines and resistivity was explored. Results showed that with the increased content of thixotropic agents, the trends of thixotropic index of silver paste which first increased and then decreased was presented. When added 0.5% fumed silica, the aspect ratio of finger lines increased, but resistivity also increased at the same time. When added 0.2% polyamide wax, not only did the aspect ratio of finger lines rise effectively, but also resistivity decreased. And the effect of adding polyamide wax was significantly superior to fumed silica.
